Cleaned (and sterilized) mold growth on walls, floor, tile, grout in bathroom-- saw what needed to be done and did it... He's very tall and reaches high places that I could never reach! Good attitude, very nice man. Did extra tasks as he saw that they were needed. Very satisfied, will have him come back again!

Based on the recommendation of a friend my wife and I hired Santa Cruz Eco Green Cleaning to clean the carpets in a rental unit that we were moving out of. A week before our move-out date I called the owner Bruce Benjamin to make an appointment. Initially I was a little nervous because we only had a few days to get the job done but Bruce fit us right in. He also called to confirm the day before our appointment which gave me one less thing to worry about during a stressful time.
Bruce showed up on time with a smile, a can-do attitude and was ready to get the job done. A short time later he had the carpets looking like new! Without asking he inspected the rest of the house looking for any potential problem areas that might have prevented us from getting our full deposit back. He touched up the bathroom, window sills and the stove top as an extra touch of service. By the time he left the entire home was very clean. We should have no trouble getting back our full damage deposit.
